Jasmin is knowledgeable in functional training and performance enhancing exercises, particularly Z Health's dynamic joint mobility regimen. Z Health is a system that teaches the human body to maintain a strong, healthy, coordinated and pain-free physical structure. While in undergraduate school at Cal State University, Los Angeles, Jasmin was a member of the women's tennis team from 1994-1998. There she experienced a series of injuries that forever changed her perception and curiosity of proper human movement. Her motivation led her to attain skills in athletic training, rehab exercise and functional strengthening.

Jasmin achieved her BS in Exercise Science in 1999 and has a strong knowledge base in Functional Human Anatomy, Biomechanics of Human Movement, Gait and Postural Analysis, Human Neuroanatomy and Neurophsiology as well as Nutrition.

In her spare time, Jasmin enjoys hiking, exercising, cooking, reading, writing, traveling, dancing, karaoke, movies and intellectual conversations. One of her ongoing personal goals is to support non profit organizations such as Women for Women International and Heifer International.
